We can relatively quickly give you an insight into packages paid in the industry for the roles in your business, and can develop this to be further sophisticated to focus on either your competitors or businesses of special interest to you.

Costs for this do vary depending on the level of sophistication required. However, we also run an annual salary survey which we are currently doing now and this will be sent through to you when completed in addition to any bespoke activity.

Full market review

We can undertake a full market review. We identify your direct competitors, those similar organisations in the local market, investigate those organisations you aspire to be like and those you feel threaten your position (however we will not pass on data provided by other existing clients for obvious reasons). 

We look at their structures, their teams, their reputations and their remuneration positions. This often forms a major part of our work with us approaching the passive market of candidates. We also receive in excess of 1,000 new applications every week for the assignments we are managing.  We will be targeting both active and passive candidates – those currently in the market and keen for a new role, and those who are performing well in their jobs right now but could be persuaded by your opportunity.

If you want us to also assess behaviours, team fit and dynamics, we can test candidates utilising Thomas PPA.  This will be chargeable to you but at our discounted rate.
