What is the earliest ambition you can remember?

Becoming a professional rugby player/ Pilot.

Did you go to a state or private school? Did you go to University or straight into work?

I went to a Private Grammar School. I read Economics at Manchester.

Who is your idol?

Winston Churchill.

Who is your mentor?

Maneeza Williams.

How physically fit are you?

Pre-season 2017 has tested my love for rugby.

Which leads to greater success, hard work or ability?

If you have both, you have the potential to be very successful. However, if you have one and not the other, you can still be successful. It all depends on how you, as an individual, measures success.

What is your IQ?

Above average.

Which famous person are you most like?

Chris Hemsworth. However, others would say Daniel Radcliff.

If you could see any musician live – whether alive or dead – who would it be?

Either Jimi Hendrix or Otis Redding purely for (Sittin’ On) the Dock of the Bay.

What was the first car you owned?

A T Reg Clio. It was blue.

What’s your biggest extravagance?

Living in Shenzhen, China.

Name one skill you don’t possess that you wish you did?

To be able to sing better. I always get told to stop.

If you could have a super power, what would it be?

In a world where others had super powers, I would like to have the power of mimicry.

What ambitions do you still have?

A very long list. Sky dive, Heliski, travel to every continent, climb Everest (maybe start smaller first). Quite ambitious…

Do you have more than one home?

Unfortunately not yet. Currently trying to get on the property ladder.

You’re going to be stranded on a desert island and can take only three things with you – what would they be?

  • A flint and steel
  • Rope
  • Sea Turtles

If you could own one thing that you don’t currently possess, what would it be?

A super yacht. Alongside the skill to sail one.

What and where is the best restaurant you’ve ever eaten in?

The Hudson Steakhouse in Bath- best steak and truffle chips ever. Wine was good too.

What keeps you going every day?

All of my ambitions.

What is your greatest achievement to date?

Coming 21st overall (all age categories) in a ski race in Courchevel/ Meribel. A lot of hard work and dedication.

If someone wrote a biography about you, what would the title be?

I’m not imaginative enough to think of an answer.

What would your 20 year old self say to you now?

Three years and you have put on how much weight!

If you lost everything tomorrow, what would you do?

Consider a way of turning it back around.

9. but from here on out it can only get better!

What was the last book you read?

Freakonomics.

Currently finishing Scar Tissue (Red Hot Chili Peppers) and Bear Grylls, Mud, Sweat and Tears Biography’s.
