The International Food and Drink Event 2015
This is the largest international food show in the UK featuring over 1200 exhibitors. There are presentations and panel discussion covering the latest issues in the industry. Guests include Andy Clarke, the president and CEO of Asda, Steve Murrells, Chief Retails Executive from Co-Operative Food, and Debbie Robinson, Managing Director of Spar UK. Live cookery demonstrations showcase the latest innovations in the international food market. There are also demonstrations highlighting cooking from closer to home. The Great British Kitchen shows off the best of locally sourced regional food.
It is a special year for the Gulfood exhibition as 2015 is the 20th show. Gulfood has grown from strength to strength and is now the world’s biggest annual food and hospitality show. It offers the chance to network with the world’s leaders in the food and drink industry, and find out about all the latest innovations in the industry.
Located in the Dubai World Trade Centre the exhibition boasts over 100 pavilions and over 4200 exhibitors. Conferences will cover important current issues including food security and food franchising.
Food Processing Expo 2015
This show is dedicated to food processing and attracts 2000 attendees over 2 days. Located in Sacramento, California, it is the largest food tradeshow dedicated to food processing. Exhibitors include some of the world’s most prolific food processing companies.
The Food and Drink Trade Show
This exhibition showcases speciality food and drink from the best local, regional and national food suppliers. It is an ideal place for the hospitality industry, retail outlets and the public sector to experience the latest innovations in food production. Staged at Cheltenham Racecourse the show features a demo kitchen where food producers can show off their latest lines.
