Lots of really exciting changes being made within Focus, driving operational improvements and much closer aligned team culture. More on that to come! We are proud to say 2018 was also a record year for us.
This year has started off at a great pace and the committed assignments we are working on have increased as have the exclusive projects. The website upgrade is only one new initiative that will be rolled out in the next couple of months. 
We are focused on bringing real innovation to the sector and have partnered with several organisations, both technology and service providers to give Focus customers a far more compelling offer than is normally seen in our sector. We have also secured a number of new strategic partnerships so you will start to see a broader selection of roles, from a wider choice of businesses. Our Interim division continues to excel and again has record numbers of partners out on Interim assignment. 
In 2019 we are entering our 30th year of trading and we are working towards a very big announcement by July. One that fundamentally changes how we operate and again the level of offer we can bring to all our customers. We genuinely believe this will become a market changing initiative when launched – so keep in touch.
