Do you know your way around automated drinks production, where those pesky pathogens can linger in all the pipework?

This drinks manufacturer is looking for their next Technical Manager who knows their way around moving liquids, closed pipe systems and CIP.

Heading up a small team, including QA laboratory management, this hands-on role includes HACCP and HACCP system control, analysis of microbiological trends, complaint investigations and root cause.

To be successful you’ll ideally come with lab management experience and relevant quality/technical experience in the drinks industry. It’s a customer-facing role, largely B2B, so you’ll be confident leading audits and being proactive with the customer.

On the people side, you’re an inspirational leader who enjoys seeing your team develop through mentorship and coaching for succession.

Although this is a five-day week permanent role, the factory operates on only three to four days per week, meaning you’ll work one day remotely.
