Leading a significant technical and quality team, you’ll come with a ‘how can we do it better’ mindset, encouraging your team to share their ideas to drive up standards and continually improve. It goes without saying you will need chilled food experience, ideally gained in a complex manufacturing environment. You’ll be confident in front of the customer, bring retailer experience with an understanding of their codes of practice and quality standards.
