You will be expected to liaise with suppliers and customers, ensuring that orders are delivered on time in full and that customer service is of the highest standard.

You will be responsible for ensuring appropriate levels of stock are maintained, managing end-to-end supply chain issues alongside the Procurement Manager, managing storage and distribution providers relationships, and resolving any delivery issues when they arise making sure they’re communicated well both internally and externally. You’ll build relationships with customer Supply Chain teams and their information platforms to provide business insight.

Working closely with the Commercial team you’ll have an understanding of all current and future needs through effective forecasting ensuring the correct data is being collated and communicated.

The ideal person for this role must have a good understanding of managing customer relationships. Knowledge of stock keeping units (SKUs), a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain processes, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, strong analytical and organisational skills and expertise in data analysis and forecasting.
