Situated in shiny offices in South London, near Battersea, with a test kitchen on hand, this business is led by innovation. All their products are manufactured at their factory in Southeast Asia, with NPD happening on both sides of the world.

As the Specification Technologist, you’ll be working closely with technical and NPD which also includes working closely with the technical team in Vietnam. You’ll play a vital role, supporting the generation and communication of technical information, with particular responsibility for artwork approval, finished product testing and documentation.

We’re looking for someone with experience of writing specs, ideally FIND or equivalent, and with main retailer experience, preferably M&S. The product category is important, ideally looking for someone who has experience of complex chilled ingredients.

You’ll be confident talking the customer, co-ordinating technical sign off for new products including testing and activities in the critical path. Managing artwork and pack copy processes, supporting NPD technically and ensuring compliance and high-quality standards throughout, you’re a stickler for detail.
