We are looking for an experienced and influential Site Operations Manager to join a well-established FMCG business. This role requires a capable leader with real gravitas to manage the factory’s day-to-day operations.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a multi-site FMCG business who are backed by a credible investor group!
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the factory, managing a team of c.200, and ensuring all manufacturing KPIs are achieved including H&S and quality.

You will play a pivotal role for driving operational excellence and Continuous Improvement across the factory.

You will be accountable for coaching and mentoring your team, identifying training requirements, and progression plans. Working with various levels of the business you’ll need to have the confidence to present plans, ideas, and results up to board level.

The successful professional will have:

• Extensive experience in a site leadership role within the FMCG industry, ideally food manufacturing
• A good understanding of operational excellence and Continuous Improvement
• A proactive approach and the ability to motivate and lead a team
