Excellent opportunity for a Senior Leader to join a well-established and very successful FMCG business as the Site Lead.

As Site Lead, you will have full accountability for P&L of the business, and be solely responsible for all Factory Operations, Commercial, Technical, H&S, finance, HR, Engineering, and CI.

It will be your duty to also lead the Supply Chain and Procurement functions, responsible for significant multi-million pound spend.

This role will be based at a large, fast-paced site, which inevitably will come with challenges, so you’ll need to be thick skinned to be a success in this role and lead by example in driving operation excellence across the factory.

This is a business who understand and appreciate that their people are what makes them, and the Site Lead will be responsible for ensuring the culture is healthy and the team understand the vision.

My client is looking for an influential leader who has site leadership experience working within the fast-paced world of FMCG, ideally within food manufacturing. You will also need to be commercially capable and have customer facing experience working with leading retailers.
