The Production Shift Manager will be accountable for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of your shift ensuring all factory operational KPIs are achieved.

You will need to be an influential leader who is not afraid to lead from the front, providing mentorship, training, and your expertise to your team.

We are looking for someone who is highly experienced in leading teams within the food manufacturing/FMCG industry.

The ideal professional will also have a good working knowledge of Continuous Improvement and health and safety.
