Are you an experienced Production Manager or Shift Manager looking to join a bigger business with lots of opportunity?

Excellent opportunity for a Section Leader to join a large multi-site FMCG business.

As Section Leader you will take ownership of ensuring the smooth running of production, looking after two team leaders and a team of circa 60. Your people management experience is what will win you this role!

This role is all about people and process, you will ensure correct processes are in place whilst leading from the front, you will need to be an influential leader offering support, building rapport, and dealing with issues head on.

Ideally, you will have food manufacturing / FMCG experience and will have worked within a fast-paced environment before.

My client is looking for a hardworking, ambitious individual who can handle the pressure of working at a fast-paced site where people are the key.

This role will be working Wednesday to Saturday late shift 5pm till 3am.
