The nature of the role will see you building relationships with teams across Marketing, Technical, NPD, Packaging, and suppliers.
This is very much a project-based role, so we’re looking for an agile thinker, with meticulous attention to detail, and the drive to make things happen.
Essentially, you’ll provide admin support, working with the Artwork Approval Manager to co-ordinate artwork briefing, approval process and storage into tracking files and internal systems.
You’ll be working on multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously, a confident quick thinker and problem solver, with ability to see the bigger picture and spot where improvements to streamline processes will see you succeed here.
If you enjoy multi-tasking, are highly computer literate, thrive in a team, are not afraid to ask questions and have strong planning and organisation skills, that’s the potential we’re looking for. If you also have some knowledge of print/artwork/repro, Adobe, Acrobat, or Illustrator then you’ll be ahead of the game.
