As the Production Shift Manager, you will lead a large team in a fast-paced environment, driving Operational Excellence and a culture of higher performance and Continuous Improvement across the site.

The Production Shift Manager will be accountable for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the site ensuring all manufacturing KPIs are achieved.

You will be an influential leader who is not afraid to lead from the front, providing mentorship, training, and expertise to your team. You must also have the ability to generate new ideas and embrace innovation.

We are looking for someone who is highly experienced in leading teams within the food manufacturing/FMCG industry.

You will also have excellent working knowledge of Health and Safety and Quality standards.
