We are recruiting for a Production Shift Lead to take on a role at a rapidly expanding food business. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to take ownership of the operational running of a brand-new site and play a vital role in the company’s growth.

The successful professional will be responsible for the site’s day-to-day running, ensuring that quality standards are met, processes are followed, and targets are met. You will be highly organised, able to influence and lead a team, delegate tasks, and resolve issues promptly.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong problem-solving skills and think creatively to find solutions to any issues. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will liaise with colleagues, customers, and suppliers daily.

In addition, you will need to have a good understanding of Continuous Improvement principles and be able to work with the team to identify areas of improvement and drive efficiencies.

To be considered for this role you will have management experience (ideally manufacturing) and have a good knowledge of Continuous Improvement principles.
