We are recruiting for a strong Production professional to take on a 6-month contract starting ASAP for a rapidly expanding food business.

The successful professional will be responsible for the site’s day-to-day running, ensuring that quality standards are met, processes are followed, and targets are met. You will be highly organised, able to influence, delegate tasks, and resolve issues promptly.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong problem-solving skills and think creatively to find solutions to any issues. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will liaise with colleagues, customers, and suppliers daily.

To be considered for this role you will have management experience (ideally manufacturing) and have a good knowledge of Production.
