If you are an experienced Production Manager, passionate about leading and developing a team to ensure high performance, quality, and safety standards then this role is for you!

We are looking for a Production Manager who has an excellent understanding of health and safety, production methods and procedures, and experience of leading a team.

You will be an influential leader, able to motivate and inspire your team whilst understanding the pressure of a factory environment. You will be a confident communicator, able to provide support and guidance to your team. You will have a proven track record of leading performance and driving quality standards, food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping through Good Manufacturing Practice (G.M.P.).
