Are you an experienced Production Manager looking for your next challenge? Would you be keen to join a fast-growing FMCG business?

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to join a well-established food business who have exciting growth plans in place.

Reporting into the Head of Operations, the Production Manager will lead the shift ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the factory, accountable for all Manufacturing KPIs and targets including H&S.

Leading a team of 20 you’ll need to be an influential leader with a real gravitas offering your expertise and mentorship with the ability to get the team’s trust. You will be an advocate of Continuous Improvement and drive operational excellence across the site.

You will have run a shift in a fast-paced environment before, and have a manufacturing background, ideally in food production / FMCG.

My client is looking for an ambitious and hard-working individual who is passionate about Continuous Improvement and leading a team.

Please note the shift pattern for this role is working 4on 4off (two days, two nights, four off). This role comes with a good benefits package and relocation support for those open to relocate to beautiful Norfolk.
