We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join a global FMCG business who knows what good looks like!

Our client are true market leaders who provide their product to several diverse sectors in over 100 different countries.

As Process Engineer, you will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives, leading projects, and providing engineering expertise. This is a standalone Process Engineering opportunity where you will be able to put your own individual stamp on the role and be a pivotal part of the site’s success.

Working closely with other departments and sites across the continent you will need to have strong relationship skills and be able to present new ideas of streamlining processes and increasing efficiency.

To be considered, you must have a degree in engineering or equivalent and relevant experience in a\ FMCG environment (ideally food / chemical / pharma). You will need to be confident in your ability to lead projects and demonstrate your skills in process automation and improvement. You must be a self-starter with the ambition to make a difference and have an eye for detail.

Part of your role will be to lead maintenance activities, ensuring the machinery and equipment are in good working order.
