We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join a rapidly growing food manufacturing business, backed by an investor group, with an impressive portfolio of companies and brands! You will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives, leading projects, and providing engineering expertise. This is a standalone role where you can make a real impact and be part of the company’s success.

To be considered, you must have a degree in engineering and relevant experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally food manufacturing). You will need to be confident in your ability to lead projects and demonstrate your skills in process automation and improvement. You must be a self-starter with the ambition to make a difference and have an eye for detail.

Part of your role will be to lead maintenance activities, ensuring the machinery and equipment are in good working order.

In this role, you will be able to work on exciting projects ranging from brand-new site installations to process improvements and automation of processes and lines.
