We are looking for someone to join a new HR team with a food manufacturing business based in Lincolnshire.
Reporting into the Human Resource department you’ll join this small team being responsible for the end-to-end management of weekly payroll, always ensuring attention to detail and accuracy. Alongside other tasks you will help support the HR function by pulling statistical data and with other administration activities such as letter writing and organising employee gifts and awards.
You’ll also be managing the benefits schemes and will be the point of contact for labour providers looking after all daily and weekly requirements as well as any audits to ensure all applicable laws are being adhered to.
Prior experience with SAGE Payroll and Excel, manipulating data, formulas, creating pivot tables etc. will be essential, you will also work in their time in attendance system.
