This is a Senior Operational Finance Lead opportunity working for a major food manufacturer across 4 sites, delivering chilled and frozen products that are sold in all the major supermarkets across the UK. This role offers a significant opportunity to improve operational performance and profitability with additional financial insights.
Reporting to the Finance Director, this role you will be a key member of the senior leadership team to deliver operational, financial support and the leadership strategy in a multi-site capacity.

You will adopt continuous improvement to ensure efficient production reporting and identifying best practice controls and implementation using SAP and other systems.

To be successful in the role you will

Have current or recent experience with food, drink or FMCG manufacturing
Be ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified
Have proven experience of managing and leading a team
Be happy to travel and work across a multi-site operation in London and East Anglia
Analytical, problem solving and outstanding numerical skills are essential, but you must also be a great communicator working with internal and external stakeholders and have the capacity to build strong relationships.
