Join a thriving innovation-led food manufacturer, as an NPD Technologist, developing new concepts for global customers.

Here you will be working on scientifically challenging R&D projects from ideation stage through to product launch. It’s a role that offers a real breadth of experience and the chance to take ownership of your own projects with full training and support.

You will be managing projects from the initial brief stage, formulating recipes in the newly invested development kitchen. You’ll be running pilot plant and factory trials working closely with the factory teams to trouble-shoot any issues. Being a good communicator and confident at building positive relationships will be key to success here.

You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team that pushes the boundaries in food innovation. We’re looking for a Food Science graduate who has gained some NPD experience in a food manufacturing environment. Someone with a keen interest in Product Development and food industry trends with an innovative mindset.
