Opportunity to join a thriving food manufacturing business in a newly created NPD Manager role.

Here you will be managing NPD projects from concept to launch for a successful and growing food brand. This is a newly created role as part of business expansion and investment into new manufacturing facilities.

You’ll be joining a business with a supportive family culture and an exciting growth strategy through investment in innovation.

As NPD Manager you’ll be responsible for developing the innovation pipeline for the brand; using consumer insight and knowledge of food trends to identify new opportunities. You’ll manage the full end-to-end NPD process from ideation stage, through development and trials through to post-launch review. This will involve working across all business functions, building effective relationships with cross-functional teams.

You’ll need to have solid experience in an NPD role with responsibility for the full concept to launch process. Passionate about all things food-related, you’ll be great at bringing concepts to life and showcasing ideas to internal and external stakeholders.

This is a predominantly site-based role, working Monday to Friday. The package includes a discretionary bonus, life assurance and 5% pension contribution.
