This genuine foodie business will have you working with a wonderful range of exciting chilled and ambient products. The list of awards and accolades is very long but at the top of that list is their B Corp certification.
This role of National Account Manager will look after several great Wholesale customers. Your focus will be of the premium regional foodservice operators.
If you know this customer channel, you’ll know that there will be a lot of time with your customers and therefore you will be travelling extensively across the UK. The role will include negotiating commercials, running ‘meet the supplier’ events, running stands at trade shows, selling into buying teams, working with the buying groups, presenting to sales teams, presenting to chef teams, and joint visits to large end users of your customers.
The role will be hybrid working and a typical week will be two days at home and three days a week out, whether that be a day with the team at head office in London, meeting customers, attending trade events etc.
The company have an amazing array of food products. You’ll find their great branded range in all the major supermarkets as well as their super premium products specifically designed for the OOH channels.
The priorities in terms of experience are…
- A genuine personal passion for food
- Proven experience within the foodservice channel and ideally exposure to the regional Wholesale customer base
- Strong negotiation experience and ability to develop relationships with both end user customers and wholesale partners
- Self-starter, can-do attitude, and a drive to be successful in both new business and developing existing relationships
