We are looking for a Ledger Supervisor for a large Manufacturing site, do you have the experience and want a new opportunity to get stuck in to?
We are looking for a Ledger Supervisor to join a large manufacturing site based in West Lothian. This is an excellent chance for you to take on a responsible role with a reputable organisation and join a successful, vibrant team.
As the Ledger Supervisor, you will manage the Purchase and Sales ledger team, including the supervision of four team members. You will be responsible for ensuring all supplier and customer accounts are accurate and up to date, as well as overseeing the daily invoicing and credit control processes. In addition, you will carry out the reconciliation of supplier statements and ensure that the purchase ledger is effectively managed.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have previous experience of a similar finance role within a manufacturing or FMCG environment. You will be highly organised and be able to demonstrate excellent supervisory skills, as well as having a strong understanding of the principles of accounting. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
