Large Food company looking for an Interim Site Director to start ASAP.

I am looking for someone who has strong operational experience to support and help lead this site.

This Company is a large food manufacturer, the biggest site for this product in Europe and invests heavily into equipment and staff. You will be helping to guide the Head of Operations and get things running smoothly.

It is key that you have worked in a FMCG environment. You will have developed a Site Strategy and through your team have deployed the strategy to deliver growth. There is a culture change agenda to drive energy and passion into the site.

The ideal professional will have worked for large food manufacturing businesses and have a positive attitude to delivery.
