This senior role reports into the Head of Technical with a dotted line to the GM. You’ll be given the autonomy to devise hygiene strategy, streamline processes and identify cost savings, without compromising standards. You’ll take a keen interest in advanced cleaning methods, horizon scanning to look at reducing chemical and water usage in line with environmental and sustainability policies.

Your knowledge of food safety and AA BRC customer technical and quality standards, means the cleaning regime is audit ready at all times.
