An internal promotion has presented a great opportunity for a HR Advisor to come in and work closely with a fantastic HR function that have an exciting mission to improve the people agenda.
This HR position will be working Monday-Friday in a fast-moving food manufacturing business and so a proactive nature is required in order to manage with the pace of the business. This is a generalist HR role in which you will be involved in a number of areas whilst ensuring that the company’s policies and procedures are adhered to. Other key areas for this role will be:
- Recruitment and Selection
- Employee Relations
- Working closely with specialist teams
- Project work
This is a great position to join a market leading food manufacturing business in its particular market sector. Recent changes within the organisation have resulted in a real push to improve the people plan and so now is a great time to join. In addition, you will be working with some excellent people in your team to act as mentors and continue to develop your skills and abilities.
This business is looking for someone that has worked in a HR environment within a FMCG/Manufacturing environment and ideally at some point, the food industry. Communication skills at all levels will be important as will the ability to challenge decisions as well as some experience of working on disciplinary cases.
