Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new HR Advisor challenge in an exciting and rapidly growing organisation?

A HR Advisor role has become available with a food group based in Lincolnshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a great team and take the next step in your career. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about people and has a great track record of success in delivering a high-quality HR service.

You will be responsible for supporting the management team on site by providing advice, guidance and support on people related issues. You will be working with the senior management team to ensure recruitment, development, management, and well-being of all colleagues on site. You will be expected to support the business in achieving their objectives, whilst developing and implementing policies and procedures in line with employment law.

You will have a proven track record in HR, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will have a strong understanding of employment law, and experience of dealing with employee relations issues. The successful professional will be able to build relationships quickly and effectively and demonstrate the business values. You will be proactive in your approach to problem-solving and have excellent influencing skills.

You will have:

  • Experience of dealing with employee relations issues
  • Understanding of employment law
  • The ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
  • The ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
  • CIPD support available
