You will need to have manufacturing/blue collar experience, ideally within food manufacturing. This role will lead the SHE agenda for the site but also work closely with peers and have a great support network nationally and internationally. You will learn a lot off well-respected peers but also have the opportunity for autonomy and freedom on site (and the added bonus of future career development and potential).
