This Customer Experience Officer role is for a start-up company based in London contract to perm.

We are looking for someone with CXO experience, a finance background, and ideally a graduate that has worked in a Manufacturing, Food, or Drink environment.
This role is to identify customer needs and provide solutions whether this is on or offline, analyse customer feedback on products, develop feedback surveys, and schedule meetings with customers. You will also need to have some finance knowledge, sending invoices and carrying out general admin duties.
You must:
- Be computer and Internet savvy
- Have exceptional organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Have the ability to work with minimal supervision
You will definitely be a self-motivated individual who is keen to drive the business forward. This is your opportunity to work with a fantastic start-up business that will value your experience.
