Job Description

This Interim Shift Manager assignment is a great opportunity to make your mark on a highly regarded and well renowned food manufacturing organisation.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, this role will manage the Afternoon/Evening Shift Operations for 3-6 months.
You’ll be accountable for driving performance, coaching and developing the team to deliver a successful manufacturing operation.

Previous experience of short shelf-life manufacturing environments is essential due to the pace and complexity of the product category and site culture.
