Looking for someone with great strength in Compliance and Training within a fast paced environment
This is a senior role within a very successful manufacturing business. Evidence of being able to cope within a fast paced environment is definitely key to being suited for this position.
This role has multi-site responsibility with a team of Trainers reporting in. The main skill that we must be able to see, if you are keen to be considered for this role, is a strong background and knowledge in the setting up of training plans and implementing these throughout a business.
Our client is keen to see experienced Trainers. In the ideal world you will be CIPD qualified, however this is not the main thing we will be looking for. You must come with a strong background in the Training area and as such have the ability to join the business and immediately start making a contribution to the team.
You will be a natural leader and have a proven passion for Training and Development. We also need to see evidence of managing teams as there is a good sized team that need to be led and inspired - and you will be the one to do this.
