Training – why do you do it? Is it the creativity of developing training plans, aiding the development and progression of those you’re working with...
Or being a crucial part of business improvement?
What if I could offer you a role which gave you all of that and so much more.
This is a new position for an established and rapidly growing food business. They are extremely well-funded and have just secured almost £30 million in funding, use cutting edge technology, and have excellent service at the heart of everything they do.
As you will be their first Training Co-ordinator, you will need to be experienced, with heaps of energy, and a realistic and hands on approach to the position.
It is an exciting opportunity to create training plans exactly how you would like them. You can devise your own systems and procedures, and deliver the training in a style that suits you.
You will be working closely with line managers, understanding their training needs, and ensuring that training programmes are delivered to all individuals whether they are new starters to the business or long-standing employees. You will get the intrinsic reward of seeing those around you gain new skills and develop both professionally and personally.
This one of Europe’s fastest growing independent companies and you will be an integral part of their future plans. To do this, you will need to understand potential issues, decide on priorities, and create the training solutions to ensure the business continues to grow.
