Supply Chain Opportunity, Food, London (flexible)

This is a great opportunity for someone to join a plant-based food manufacturing SME reporting into their London HQ managing the Supply Chain function.

Reporting to the MD this is a crucial role that manages the coordination and planning of all stock and order processes. It will see you take full ownership of all orders and deliveries, as well as import, export, and customs process.

Within the role you will have responsibility of liaising with all customer planning teams, third party distributors, and supply chain teams in order to manage the demand planning process. You will then ensure stock needs are forecasted and planned with the factory production teams, liaise with logistics and customs teams to ensure smooth delivery. Alongside this you will book deliveries to customers and communicate between customers, 3PLs, or partners.

An understanding of import export post-Brexit would be preferable as you will be responsible for managing these processes and documentation. It is also key you have an eye for data and process to coordinate various sources into a plan which ensures all customer orders are fulfilled OTIF.

This is a flexible working opportunity but there is a need to be in the office in central London for face-to-face meetings with the senior management team on a regular basis.

You will be passionate about working within a start-up environment with drive and ambition to see the company grow and succeed. Experience in end-to-end Supply Chain Management and Demand Planning within a manufacturing is vital.
