Brand new role ready and waiting for an experienced Stock Control Manager that will come in and make their mark.

This client is a UK leading prepared meal solutions producer that supplies major food retailers. They are looking for an experienced Stock Control Manager to come in and lead their area.

This is a brand-new role holding a lot of opportunity for the business and person coming in, all eyes will be on it.

They are looking for someone with a strong understanding and experience that can come in and start building from the ground up. You will need to come in and generate KPI’s and processes for the business to measure and improve their stock performance, budget and yield, while championing product quality, Health and Safety, and ensuring customers expectations are met on time in full.

You will know and recognise what good looks like to contribute to the company’s strategy and demonstrate company values.

Any background will work here as long as you have a solid foundation and key skills within stock control management. The role offers a lot of freedom and autonomy, you will be the one to take control and run with the project shaping the role and team. This also means experience with people management is a must when it comes to recruiting and developing your direct reports.

You won’t be afraid to raise issues and challenge how things are done and with it being a new role the ability to bring people onboard with your ideas and changes will be a key focus.
