Great working conditions and a friendly team...
Our client is a very well-established business and a significant part of the technical team have been in its employ for many years, illustrating a strong sense of loyalty - which has to be based on the excellent conditions that are part of this organisation.
As a Spec Tech you will have at least a couple of years' experience of writing specifications within a food manufacturing business. Names such as Erudus and Quadex will mean something to you and you will pride yourself on your attention to detail skills.
This is a product area that will not suffer from any recession - trust me. When you find out who our client is, I am sure you will agree. In addition to this, the evidence is at the site - loads of investment, state of the art areas and still more to be done in the next 12 months or so.
We know from experience that the first question most Spec Techs ask when we approach them is - "Can I work from home?". Unfortunately, the answer is almost always no, and in this case the response is the same. HOWEVER, before you turn to the next page... our client can see the need for flexibility and as a result does offer a variable hours system whereby the core hours of work can be played with slightly to suit everyone's individual needs.
Need a change? Want to feel valued? Great salary as well.
Come on - get in touch, let us help you take your next step - you have nothing to lose, everything is confidential.
Send me your details and let's take that step towards what could be the best move you have ever made.
