We require a motivated Senior Human Resources Business Partner with FMCG experience to be the driving force behind this sector leading business. You will play a key part in changing this site from transactional HR to becoming a true business partnering model.
Managing a small team to deliver the HR plan, this is a wide-ranging role and will involve forecasting and managing the HR budget for the site, driving employee engagement and well-being, ensuring there is an effective success plan and talent pipeline in place as well as liaising with HR services on weekly and salaried recruitment. You will also be responsible for delivering pay negotiations, leading organisational design initiatives, and ensuring pay, reward and recognition is adhered to. Support a continuous improvement culture across the site and lead on people initiatives. Work with the L&D Manager and Training Manager to ensure the plan in place meets the site objectives.
We are looking for candidates with an FMCG background, food is desirable. You must be CIPD qualified and have experience of upskilling managers, and the experience and gravitas to get buy in from the senior leadership team. Union experience is a must.
