Are you an inspirational Quality Leader in Food Manufacturing?

What's important to you? What frustrates you about your current role? Imagine if you had full autonomy to drive the Quality agenda, to lead change, to call out bad practice and build strong teams and customer relationships.

I'm working with a progressive Bakery Manufacturer, focused on achieving WCM standards and continuous improvement. Having embarked on a change journey, great strides have already been made. Investment in site and kit upgrades and an inclusive management style has seen team engagement and customer relationships strengthen.

You're an inspirational leader who cares about and takes an interest in your teams, someone who nurtures talent and develops skills to engender high-performance and engagement. Putting food safety standards and customer focus at the top of your list, you'll lead by example, ensuring audit-ready factory standards are continually delivered.

Other essentials for the role include:

  • Intermediate Food Hygiene
  • HACCP ideally minimum Level 3
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • A thorough understanding of food manufacturing processes.

A degree or BTEC in a food related or science subject will certainly give your application the edge as will a Technical management diploma or similar.
