The site is modern, with both bespoke automation and more manual lines, and there is a dedicated and hard working workforce; you will not only work with this site team but with other sites in the wider business.
This isn't your standard NPD or project manager role in this position you will still be hands-on across certain aspects of the NPD process from concept to launch, including: blue sky innovation, commercial viability, cost reduction, managing trials and art work approval. You will be customer facing and will be able to build and maintain strong working relationships.
