Product Development Manager - Food - Northamptonshire

£40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus car, pension, healthcare

Join a well-invested business, developing exciting food concepts using the latest technologies.

Here you'll be developing innovative new food on the move concepts for a successful food business. You'll be managing a diverse range of innovation projects from concept to launch, engaging and influencing internal stakeholders across the business.

You'll be investigating new technologies and assessing the viability of long-term projects involving significant capital investment.

Strong project management and skills in stakeholder management are required. You'll need to have evidence of successfully leading technically challenging and complex innovation projects.

You'll also need line management experience; we're looking for someone who leads by example and has a good track record in developing others. The role would suit someone who is flexible and agile with a positive `can do' approach. You'll need tenacity to deliver on challenging projects and a mindset that is looking to consistently drive business improvements.

If you have experience developing ambient snacking products that would be ideal here.
