Travel’s involved too. You’ll stay away the odd month as you work on site with clients. Working in development kitchens, supplier’s sites, and offices. Honestly, no two days will be the same. You’ve heard that a million times, but its so true in this role. You’ll have numerous projects on the go at any one time… some will be at the briefing stage whilst others are about to go live.
