The role comes with full P&L, Marketing, Commercial and Operational accountability. You will lead the Senior Leadership Team and report to the CEO and Founder.

The MD will come with experience of blue-chip FMCG as well as knowledge and expertise is a smaller and more nimble growing business within food manufacturing.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong relationships with Customers and the intellect and commercial acumen to identify the triggers that will take the business to the next level.

Based in Cumbria location is very important for this role and will require someone who is already located within a reasonable commuting distance or someone who is happy and fully prepared to relocate.
