Great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join a market leading FMCG business.

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for the mechanical and electrical maintenance across a fast-paced factory - including PPM, fault finding on PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, breakdowns and set-up of all machinery and equipment.

To be considered for this role you will be a Multi-skilled Engineer and have FMCG experience (food or drink manufacturing / pharmaceuticals etc.) and know what it is like to work within a fast-paced, high pressurised factory.

You will ideally be a time served Engineer and qualified up to NVQ / 18th edition City and Guild’s or equivalent. My client has an excellent reputation for its employees to develop and progress from within and working at such a large site makes this very realistic. You will take joy from ensuring that the down time is a minimal as possible. You will have previous experience of working with other departments to achieve the same goal.

Please note this is a night’s shift role, shift pattern: 3s & 2s - 18:00 – 06:00. This shift pattern means you only work half the year, and still get 23 days holiday and other company benefits.
