This is an exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial food business in a rapidly growing category. You will ideally be passionate about health and sustainability.
This site will produce branded and own label products as well as co-manufacture.
This role will involve working very closely with the newly appointed Site Director.
A generalist standalone role, you will be responsible for creating and developing all the policies and procedures on site as well as recruiting the first employees to work at the factory.
Your role will involve but not be limited to Talent Acquisition, Compensation Management, Benefits Administration, Training and Development, Performance Appraisal and Management, Employee and Labour Relations and Compliance Management.
The ideal HR Manager will have a FMCG background and has supported businesses from both a hands on operational and Head Office functional perspective. Ideally knowledge of start-ups, and Manufacturing would be beneficial.
We are looking for a bright, pacey, energetic person, who thrives on the challenges of growing a business and the ambiguity this can bring.
You must have a degree in HRM, CIPD qualified and have a background of working at HR Manager level within an FMCG environment, preferably food.
