Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager required for a category leading food manufacturer in the Norfolk region.
Following a sustained period of growth and investment this food manufacturing business is looking for a new HSE Manager to join its Norfolk site. Supplying a range of ready meals to the retail sector the facility is looking for someone who ‘knows what good looks like’ and can drive change across the site to achieve this.
You will advise the Management Team on safety issues to ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and the safeguarding of your colleagues. Working on Environmental strategies for the short, medium and long term you will champion improvements of sites standards implementing industry best practices.
Managing a small site team and reporting to a Group HSE Manager you will be pivotal in the site achieving KPI’s for safety, implementing a continuous improvement mentality and creating an environment which can adapt quickly to new industry challenges.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
• Level 2 Food Hygiene
• HACCP Awareness
• Quality Management Systems
• Food manufacturing background
