This HR Officer role will be great for someone who is looking to develop their HR career within a well-respected business with solid systems and processes.
This HR Officer role will have three major responsibilities:
- Focusing on ER issues
- Developing a business plan for the staff shop
- Planning and implementing a number of upcoming projects
This is a fast-moving business and so it is important you have a generalist skill set with well-developed ER skills. You will also need a degree of commercial acumen to think about how to increase profit from the currently underutilised staff shop. Finally, change management skills will be important as you help change aspects of the business from a HR perspective.
