An exciting opportunity for you as a HR Business Partner to join an innovative Manufacturing company that is based in Kent. 

My client is looking for a HR Business Partner to join and work on their manufacturing site based in Kent.

The key focus in this role is to support the Senior HR Business Partner in a range of transactional generalist HR duties including employee relations, looking at performance management, disciplinaries, grievance, and sickness cases.

In the role you will also take on coaching and advising line managers to help them develop while ensuring compliance across all HR policies and procedures.

Having worked with large volumes of employees previously you will have a good understanding of what the day to day looks like in this role and will be excited by the opportunity to be part of a major manufacturing company at the forefront of production innovation.

You will get to be a part of all the business’s Talent processes and discussions to ensure the delivery of a talent pipeline for the unit. You will also work along-side HR Services to deliver all weekly paid as well as some salaried recruitment.

In order to be successful you will be CIPD qualified and will have a proven understanding of employment legislation and good practice.
