Are you looking for a Technical challenge to really get your teeth into?

What’s important to you? What would make you move from your comfortable place of work, where you have established yourself, developed your team and everything is technically tickety-boo?

Maybe a move to a company that will give you more technical clout, where you will be part of the Leadership team across two factories?

This dynamic bakery manufacturer operates independently as part of a much larger group, collectively with a c£15 billion turnover and a deserved reputation for looking after their employees.

Make no mistake, there’s work to do here. Driving the Technical agenda across two sites, you’ll demonstrate leadership and direction and will be unafraid to ask questions and challenge. Day to day it’s all about a collaborative and inclusive style, ensuring your teams are bought in, they adhere to rigorous technical standards and disseminate those standards to influence wider factory operations. Ultimately you know what good looks like. You know the drill, audit-ready at any given moment.

Essentially, you’ll already be in a senior Technical role, ideally with a bakery manufacturer or with this category in your background. You should also be prepared to demonstrate success in developing teams and managing the customer and supplier base.
